Sambal Trassi
With Shrimp paste.
Ingredients:
20 red Chillies or Lomboks (approx. 6 - 9 cm. long).
2 teaspoons Salt.
1 teaspoon ground Trassi (see Ingredients page)
Preparation:
Preparation as for Sambal Ulek, adding Trassi at the same time as Salt.
Keeps in fridge upto 2 months.
