Sambal Manis
Milder sweet/sour variation.
Ingredients:
5 red Chillies (approx. 6 - 9 cm. long) or equiv. Sambal Oelek.
1 dessertspoon Tamarind paste (skin and stones removed).
1 tablespoon Palmsugar(Goela Djawa) or Dark Brown sugar.
½ teaspoon salt.
Preparation:
For preparation see sambal Ulek, mixing in the other ingredients at the same
time.
Will keep in fridge for about 3 - 4 weeks.
